Traditional burglar and fire alarm monitoring. Your virtual monitoring team verifies alarm signals received from your alarm panel. Alarms are verified based on account set up and direction from the client. 

A  virtual team member reviews the camera feed when receiving an alarm signal from your existing panel. Your virtual team will log false alarms or dispatch police for valid alarms. 

Your monitoring team uses your cameras feeds and AI to receive alarms prior to a breach.  When an alarm is triggered the monitoring team is alerted that a person has breached a restricted area. Your virtual team will log false alarms or dispatch police for valid alarms. 

When an alarm is received, the monitoring team will make an announcement through the talk down speaker or intercom. For example, ” You are in a restricted area, please leave immediately”. The intervention services can be customized on how to manage the security breach. 

 A virtual team member conducts a video tour of your location on a pre-determined schedule to provide visual security checks for suspicious behavior or criminal activity. 

Your virtual monitoring team is on “stand by” waiting for the panic/elevator alarm to be pushed. The team members will use video cameras and two-way audio to aid in resolving the issue and calling for emergency services as needed.  

The monitoring team performs a scheduled check on an area, making note of the activities or areas of interest. All issues are reported to the client via report and video clip.  For example: The owner/manager of a manufacturing plant wants to make sure that all of its workers are wearing their hard hats while they are working. If the audit finds someone does not have their hard hat on, the owner/manager would receive a report of the instance with an attached video clip.

 Live monitoring of opening and closing of businesses.  Many businesses like Jewelry Stores, Banks, Pawn Shops, Check Cashing, and others are required by insurance or by company policy to have two people present when opening or closing a store.  Monitored Openings/Closings meet this requirement.

The monitoring team can check a person into a gated area or an un-manned lobby. The remote team can check and record the person’s information.

Virtual team members are dedicated to the site to continuously watch the cameras in a live environment. This is the truest form of guard replacement. This service is based on an hourly price, and typically only recommended upon customer’s specific request.
